Spellbinding observation (15/30) in UPSC CSE 2017 results. It was 27 April and CSE 2017 results got announced, it was great news, a boy topped after a long time and all this. FYI I am not a CSE aspirant but yes the results of BIG !! EXAMS like this strike all of us. while observing result I got to know that among top 3, 2 were engineers i.e 1 & 3. So this led me to ask some Question 1. How many of them are engineers in all? 2. How many IITians and NITians? So obviously all the candidate's profile can't be searched online but a good idea to check top 30 ones and make an approximation.
